Terms and Conditions

By visiting our business or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Our aim is to provide a positive, safe, and professional environment for both our clients and their pets.

Grooming Policies

  • Cancellations and No-Shows: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a $40 cancellation fee.

  • Late Drop-Off and Pick-Up: To keep our day running smoothly, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a last-minute cancellation fee may apply. Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of being notified that they are ready unless prior arrangements have been made. Playtime will be added to your booking if you are unable to pick your dog up in the allocated timeframe.

  • Dogs not picked up by store closing hours will incur after-hours fees.

  • Duration: We cannot guarantee pick up times. Grooming appointments typically take 2-4 hours. We will notify you via call or text when your dog is ready. A priority service is available for $25 should you require your dog to be ready at a specific time.

  • After-Hours Fees: Additional charges will apply if your pet is not collected before store closing hours.

General Handling and Accidents

Although we take the utmost care in handling your pet, grooming involves working with live animals, and there is always a risk of hidden medical issues or existing conditions being aggravated. Difficult behaviour and matted coats increase the risk of complications. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Any injuries incurred due to matting is the responsibility of the owner.

Pet Insurance and Waivers: Clients must maintain up-to-date pet insurance and sign a waiver form acknowledging our terms and conditions.

Retail Policy

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

  • Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Code of Conduct

We are a business that promotes positivity and is here to help. Mutual respect is essential in fostering a welcoming environment.

  • Abusive language or behaviour toward staff will not be tolerated, and individuals displaying such behavior will be asked to leave the store.

  • We encourage respectful communication and a positive attitude from all visitors.
